BizBit.App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof, with or without notice. BizBit.App shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
